Do You Fix Laptop / Desktop Computers

We fix Laptop and Desktop computers. We do not fix Apple Computers. We reccomend Computer Advantage for all of our customer's Apple® Product needs

Do You Replace Cell Phone Screens

We do not replace Cell Phone Screens. We suggest Searching Here

Do you Replace Tablet Screens

We replace tablet screens on a case by case basis. Mainly if the parts costs less to order and install, than replacing the tablet outright, we will replace the screen.

Do you offer In-Home / In-Business service?

We have the ability to come to your home or business. Most of our services can be performed in your home or business. If we are not able to complete the repair on-site, we bring the computer back to our office and finish the repairs. We will return the computer back to you at no additional travel cost. All of our on-site services have a 30 day warranty.

What Areas Do You Provide Services To?

We provide in home/office repairs to all of Manatee County and Sarasota County including, Bradenton, Sarasota, Palmetto, Bradenton Beach and Lakewood Ranch. Buisness Services are provided to additional counties. Please Visit Business Support for your Business Service needs.

Do You Offer Data Recovery?

We offer basic data recovery services involving attempting to recover data from a dead computer, or a failing HD. If we are not able to recover data from your device, we recommend Gillware Data Recovery

How much does your diagnostic cost?

A simple diagnostic at our front counter is free We will look over the computer with you to try and determine what the problem you're having with your computer is. If we are not able to determine what the problem is, or if the problem is more than a simple fix we will need to perform a deep diagnostic that takes about a day and costs $20.00. If you would like to repair the computer from that point, the cost of the diagnostic is waived and we will repair your computer.

What Brands of Computers do you Work on?

We work on all Brands of computer except computers running the MAC OS (Apple Operating System). So we can help you with any computer running Windows XP, Windows Vista, Windows 7, Windows 8, Windows 8.1 and Windows 10

Do You Perform Hardware Upgrades?

Do You Have Computer Parts In Your Store

We order 90% of the parts that we use to repair computers. Most of the time the parts that we order can be overnighted for a little extra and we can repair the computer the following day.

How Much Will It Cost To Fix My Computer?

Our repair cost for personal computers is $75.00, plus the cost of parts. This means that unless there is something that needs replaced, you know how much your service is going to cost. That way there are never any huge bills when you come get your computer.
